چکیده

In this study, superhydrophobic ZnO/Polytetrafluoroethylene (ZnO/PTFE) films with water droplet contact angles (CA) observed as high 165° and sliding of (SA) <1° have been prepared on glass substrates by RF magnetron sputtering. The PTFE was wrapped a nano-rod made ZnO film properties while providing excellent UV resistance compared to hexadecyltrimethoxysilane (HDTMS) hydrophobic agents. upper surface the rough coated PTFE, most underlying coating bare ZnO, which could well make bacteria. For Gram-negative strain, E. coli, cell viability count ZnO/PTFE sample (3.5 log reduction, 99.96%) conspicuously lower than that ZnO/HDTMS (1.2 93.87%) under 1 h illumination light, showed has better photocatalytic property ZnO/ HDTMS films. also good mechanical robustness, is an important consideration in their widespread real-world adoption.

Nanocrystalline GaN and GaN:H Films Grown by RF-Magnetron Sputtering

The structural and optical properties of nanocrystalline GaN and GaN:H films grown by RF-magnetron sputtering are focused here. The films were grown using a Ga target and a variety of deposition parameters (N2/H2/Arflow rates, RF power, and substrate temperatures). Si (100) and fused silica substrates were used at relatively low temperatures (Ts ≤ 420K). The main effects resulting from the depo...

Characterization of PZT Ferroelectric Thin Films by RF-magnetron Sputtering

By using Radio Frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method, Pb(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3 (PZT) thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/ SiO2/Si substrates. Pt/Ti bottom electrode was fabricated on SiO2/Si substrates by magnetron dual-facing-target sputtering system. Phase and crystalline structure analyses of the PZT films were performed on an X-ray diffraction(XRD), Surface morphology, roughness and particle si...

Radio Frequency Magnetron Sputtering Deposition of TiO2 Thin Films and Their Perovskite Solar Cell Applications

In this work, we report a physical deposition based, compact (cp) layer synthesis for planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells. Typical solution-based synthesis of cp layer for perovskite solar cells involves low-quality of thin films, high-temperature annealing, non-flexible devices, limitation of large-scale production and that the effects of the cp layer on carrier transport have not bee...

Structural and nanomechanical properties of BiFeO3 thin films deposited by radio frequency magnetron sputtering

The nanomechanical properties of BiFeO3 (BFO) thin films are subjected to nanoindentation evaluation. BFO thin films are grown on the Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by using radio frequency magnetron sputtering with various deposition temperatures. The structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the results confirmed the presence of BFO phases. Atomic force microscopy revealed that the average f...

Characteristics of ZnO thin films prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering

We investigated in this study structural and nanomechanical properties of zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films deposited onto Langasite substrates at 200 C through radio frequency magnetron sputtering with an radio frequency power at 200 W in an O2/Ar gas mixture for different deposition time at 1, 2, and 3 h. Surface morphologies and crystalline structural characteristics were examined using X-ray diff...
